Requesting a free estimate does not create a binding contract. Any figures provided online or by phone are preliminary. A final price and scope of work are confirmed only after an on-site inspection and set out in a written estimate or agreement. Pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was described. All roofing work is carried out under the terms of that written agreement.

3. Warranties

Eligible roof replacements are backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty, as described in your written agreement, which governs its exact terms and conditions. Except as expressly stated there, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and product manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is the property of PCC Roofing or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or use third-party services (for example, financing through FinanceIt). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites and services.
