Akkie and crew have been excellent to work with! Being in the restoration trade, we often need to send roofing subtrades out with only a moments notice to inspect a variety of issues, and I'm so glad we came across Pacific. Inspections are scheduled very quickly, technicians are thorough, and the reporting is detailed and well put together. Quick fixes/patches can be done right away and repairs are quite reasonably priced, and very well executed. If you've got roofing issues, definitely give these guys a call!

I had a leak in my roof due to a vent screw. I sent their office pictures and got a quote right away. Promptness and solid quoted amount made me go with them. The technician who attended was Jaspreet. He was amazing. It started snowing right before he got here, so we expected a reschedule. He arrived and went straight to work. Snow didn't bother him. He was very polite and explained the current issue. He also gave future recommendations for the rest of the vents. I am very pleased with Pacific Coast Roofing and will be calling them again for any future roof needs.

Dan was excellent. Call right away for a estimate and came the next day to give me a quote. He came quickly to do the work. Very cost effective. Great prices and he is a perfectionist and wants the work done properly. He went above and beyond what I expected. He did every little thing and then some for me. Highly recommend his company. What's included in an asphalt shingle roof replacement?
We usually strip the old shingles down to the deck so we can inspect it and repair any damaged areas. Ice-and-water membrane goes in at the eaves and valleys and synthetic underlayment across the rest of the roof, with new drip edge and flashing at every wall, chimney and penetration before shingling begins. We finish the ridge and ventilation details and clean up with a magnetic sweep for stray nails.
Which asphalt shingle brands do you install?
We install shingles from CertainTeed, GAF, IKO, Owens Corning, Malarkey and BP, plus DaVinci and Enviroshake composite products for a slate or cedar look. We'll help you choose a shingle and colour that suit your roof's pitch, your home's style and your budget.
What should I look for in an asphalt roofing company?
Installation matters as much as the shingle. Look for a roofer who follows the manufacturer's nailing and edge requirements, because wind damage usually starts at the edges and a by-the-book installation keeps the material warranty valid. Ask how the eaves, valleys and attic ventilation will be handled, check that the company is insured and registered with WorkSafeBC, and get a written estimate that spells out the full scope.
