There are three things we love at Pacific Coast Roofing – delivering affordable building code compliant workmanship, providing superior customer service, and always being safe on the job. We do daily routine checks on all our roofing gear, always tie off our ladders, and firmly secure any materials and tools. We also establish a designated debris fall area for the benefit of all in the work zone. We pride ourselves on having a perfect record through WCB (and plan to keep it that way!). Pacific Coast Roofing is fully licensed and liability insured which protects our clients and our employees, ensuring peace of mind at all times.
We believe strongly in supporting and improving the “ecological” balance of your home through quickly identifying areas of concern and correcting them to code. Way We Work
Step 1. Setup Site Safety & Protection
Site Safety and Protection is our top priority. Before working on any project, our team makes sure all the safety measures are in place and the work environment is safe for everyone around.
Step 2. Tear the Roof
We carefully tear the roof keeping an eye out on our surroundings. Incase the affected area is a small patch, we make sure rest of the roof stays unharmed and the area is ready to work on.
Step 3. Surface Prep
Surface of the roof is double checked carefully. Its important for the roof to be smooth as possible to ensure proper underlayment and roof application.
Step 4. Underlayment
Once all the roofing materials are placed in their appropriate places, Underlayment is applied directly on the deck of the roof. Underlayment plays a crucial part in the roof as it adds an extra layer of protection against harsh weather conditions.
Step 5. Apply Roof
Our CertainTeed certified roofers will make sure your selected roof is applied with great precision and quality. No matter how harsh the weather conditions be, we get the job done.
